“My family lives in Germany and I am in Egypt on my own. I am currently pursuing my Master’s studies in Science and Renewable Energy and seeking to complete them. I pursued studies in renewable energy because it contributes to the creation of clean energy sources to preserve the environment and help humanity. I faced financial difficulties since I live on my own and I have to pay the rent and ensure my subsistence needs. I was able to find a job in parallel to my studies in order to ensure my needs and volunteered in many charity organisations. The HOPES project financed my Master’s studies and gave me great help. I overcame the difficulties and here I am completing my Master’s degree and seeking to start my doctoral studies. I want to apply what I have studied and serve humanity through providing clean and various energy means. I want to help whoever wants to learn and guide him towards the right path. My message to other students facing the same difficulties is to not lose hope. Everything is possible with willpower and hard work.”
